We are in the middle of making Ume Plum Butter using the ripen Ume Plums. The fruity acidity, richness of butter and aromatic vanilla beans make the unexperienced falvor. When butter Is added we will continue heating and take out the bubbles that potentially distract the purity of flavor.
We use Takachiho branded butter for our products. Takachiho Butter only uses the raw milk from Southern Kyushu and it has a distinctive milky taste and sweetness.
We add vanilla beans to give an accent to the butter. Golden brown Ume Plum Butter is now complete and ready to be with you.
