Sashimi can be marinated and served over rice. It is a special treat after drinking. The power of Ume Plum masks the fishy tastes, just like a magic.
・Sashimi-grade Tuna (other any other fish) 70g
・Green Ume Plum Shoyu 2tsp
・Japanese mustard in tube 1cm
・Chopped green onions
・Shredded Nori Seaweed
・Steamed rice or sushi rice
Mix Green Ume Plum Shoyu and mustard well. Mix with Sashimi and coat well. Serve rice in a bowl and sprinkle seaweed. Arrange Sashimi on top and sprinkle green onions.
