This is the sweet potato dessert with Une Plum Puree and white chocolate. It’s simply so amazing!
Sweet Potato 200g
Condenced Milk 1Tbs
Heacy Cream 1Tbs
Ume Plum Butter 1Tbs
White Chocolate 30g
1.Wash the potatoes and wrap in a plastic wrap. Microwave for 3 min or until soft and cooked.
2.Cool then peel. Mash the potatoes and add sugar, condensed milk and heavy cream and mix well.
3.Form into balls and using a finger, make a small well on the top of the ball.
4.Bake in the toaster oven (or oven at 210C) for 10 min or until golden brown. (Egg wash can be applied for better coloring.)
5.Take out of the toaster and fill the wells with Ume Plum Butter, then chill.
6.Melt white chocolate for 30sec in microwave and drizzle over the potato balls.
