Addiing Green Ume Plum Vinegar to the sushi rice is almost a new rule to us. The pectin in the Ume Plum makes your sushi rice moist and tasty longer.
・For 2 cups of white steamed calrose rice
・Green Ume Plum Vinegar 2Tbs
Mix above well and pour onto cooked rice. Mix the rice in cutting motion.
