Green Ume Plum Puree Spareribs

Everyone loves spareribs. Marinate 600g spareribs with 3 Tbs of Green Ume Plum Puree, 2 Tbs of Soy Sauce, 2Tbs of Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbs of Sake, 1 tsp of chopped ginger, 1 tsp of chopped garlic. Massage into the spareribs and leave at least 5 hours. Roast them in 190C oven for 35min or until done. Spareribs can be substitute with the chicken wings.
