Pork ginger is all time favorite and now it is so easy with Ume Green Plum Shoyu.
・Sliced port loin 200g
・Green Ume Plum Shoyu 2Tbs
・Grated ginger roots 2tsp
Mix Green Ume Plum Shoyu and ginger well and set aside. Heat a pan and coat with oil. Sautee pork slices until both side are nicely brown. Reduce heat and add the mixture. Continue heating until pork is nicely coated and looks glossy. Serve with fresh vegitables.
