Pickling Brine with Green Ume Plum

We tried to add Green Ume Plum Vinegar to the basic brine and it turned out to be absolutely delightful.
It is fruity and a perfect health snack!

・For 300g fresh vegitables
・Green Ume Plum Vinegar 3Tbs
・Vinegar 3Tbs
・Water 90cc
・Sugar 1-2Tbs
・Salt a little less than 1tsp

Mix above until sugar and salt are dissolved. Pour over onto cut vegitables such as radishes, carrots, cucumbers,and celery stalks. Add a bay leaf or pickling spices if preferred.
