Chestnut Palatschinken

Austrian dessert Palatschinken is a thicker version of French crapes. It is eaten often with fruits and creams. We sautéed seasonal sliced apples in Ume Plum Butter (nothing else needed) ,rolled with the pancakes and topped with whipping cream and Chestnut Puree with Shochu Brandy. Dash of cinnamon if you prefer.
