Kawabe is a Kuma Shochu by Sengetsu Distillery in Hitoyoshi. The Shochu is made of the underground water by Kawabe River known to be one of the clearest water quality in Japan, and the rice harvested in Sagara Village. We mixed with hot water and our Green Ume Plum Puree. The crisp aroma goes up and the Ume Plum is embraced by the roundness of the Shochu. Easily we can go to another shot.
