We posted this on November 1, the Shochu Day. Our Green Ume Puree can be used as a drink mixer and needless to say, it matches perfectly with our local Kuma Shochu made with rice. We tasted KAORU by Takahashi Shuzo established in 1900 which has a great Ginjo aroma. With a sensitive Ume flavor with bold but aromatic shochu make an amazing cocktail. It goes with either with Japanese or western cuisine.
