Carpaccio makes the entertaining table much more attractive and fun. Wasabi flavored jade-colored sauce is so tand tasty.
・Sashimi-grade white fish (preferrably sliced in 3mm) 100g
・Green Ume Plum Vinegar 1Tbs
・Pinch of salt
・Wasabi in tube 5mm
・Herb leaves, salmon roe, red-pepper corn to garnish
Mix Green Ume Plum Vinegar, wasabi and salt. Arrange sashimi in a plate and drizzle over the vinegar mixture. Add garnishments and drizzle olive oil. You can sprinkle fler de sel instead of mixing in.
