Crumble Bars

Rich in fragrant butter and its delicious! Ume Plums add the refreshing flavor to this easy crumble bars.

◇材料 (18×18cm)

Cake Flour 150g
Butter 75g
Sugar 50g
Sliced almond 25g

  1. Preheat oven at 170c
  2. Shift flour and sugar together
  3. Melt butter in a microwaveable bowl (about 30sec)
  4. Mix flour mixture with butter
  5. Press 1/2 of the dough to the mold
  6. Spread Puree and Une Butter over the dough
  7. Mix almond with remaining dough and make it crumbly. Sprinkle over 6.
  8. Bake in the oven for 40min
  9. Cool and cut into desirable sizes
