Peanut flavored soymilk panna cotta topped with whipping cream and Chestnut Puree with Shochu Brandy made our friend say, “my mouth is full of the grace of nature”. Good try!

We are very much convinced Chestnut Puree with Shochu Brandy goes so well with a heavy whipping cream. The solid flavor of Japanese chestnuts made much more elegant with the tenderness of whipping cream.
